Bellingham Marine Europe has recently finished construction on this high profile Mediterranean marina at the conclusion of the Forum Barcelona 2004, a space where the citizens of the world gathered to engage in dialogue, and debate the most urgent issues of the 21st century. The specially constructed harbor features the world’s largest solar panel and many other unique and environmentally friendly attractions.

This turnkey marina project includes 190 condominium slips in two basins ranging in size from 10m (33ft) to 80m (262ft). The marina provides all the necessary amenities including electrical and fire utilities, potable water, aluminum gangways and lighting. The construction process provided slips in a phased handover manner allowing slip sales to be completed as work progressed.
